A full pipeline will help you manage the valleys of tough times. Increase your activity now to prepare for that tough time.
Things happen. You are going to lose some deals. A full pipeline will hedge the impact of those lost deals.
Many of your sales colleagues will decrease their selling activity during a recession. Don’t be them! Increase your selling activity by 25%.
